This set includes 3 different activities:

-Situation Cards: Children will listen to the situation on the card and are able to choose a calming strategy or a problem-solving solution that they can work. Find the visual and put it in the square.

-Game Board: Roll a die, move a marker that many spaces. If you land on a colored square, name the feeling. If you land on a white square, name the calming or problem-solving strategy.

-Dice Activity: Roll the die and practice the calming breathing technique
