Summer Break Social Skills Story

Summer break is coming, and a break from school can be a lot to understand for young children or students!

Help explain summer break and prepare young children with this social skills story about summer break.

This story explains:

- what summer break is, that there will no school

- how you might feel and what you might miss about school

- what to do if you feel sad about missing school

- what you can do over a fun summer break

- what will happen after summer break (new grade/class, teacher, friends)

This book has a simple prep of printing the pages out on letter sized paper, cutting it into 1/2 pages and binding the book together with staple or binder rings. You can rearrange or omit pages as it makes sense for your child or class.
